Suspending and reactivating team members

You can suspend members and reactivate team members. Suspended team members are unable to login or view their projects.

Suspend a team member

• On the Team page find the user you wish to suspend and on the dropdown at the far right
• Select Suspend and the will receive an email notification that their account has been temporarily suspended

Reactivate a team member

• On the Team page click on the Suspended tab to view suspended users
• From there find the user you wish to reactivate and click Reactivate
• The reactivated member will receive an email notifying them that they can access their account again

What happens to suspended Creators? 

Suspended users will not be able to log in but they will continue to take up one of your Creator licenses. If you wish to free up the Creator license, you can downgrade them to a Viewer at any time.
Since the user will not be able to log in, they will not be able to manage projects they own or create new projects. However, the private projects they created will remain as-is and be immediately available when their accounts are reactivated. Any projects they shared will remain available to your team even while the user is suspended.
