Where to find invoice and billing information

From your Plans page, you can access the billing portal to download invoices, change payment details, and manage your billing information.

Please note: only users with Admin or Billing permissions can access this space

How to update your payment info and download invoices

  1. From your Plan page click on Manage billing settings and view invoices in the top left to open billing management
  2. From the billing management page you can edit your card details and update your billing info, including company name, address, and email which will be reflected on future invoices. Please note invoices already issued can't be updated retrospectively.
  3. To download invoices scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the date to open the invoice. You'll see an option to download which will save the invoice locally as a PDF.
